At Lacaze Architecture we offer a full range of architectural services. Whilst we are keen to be involved with projects from conception to completion, we understand no two projects are ever the same. Our services, listed below, are therefore provided in a flexible manner which allows you to decide how much involvement you require from us.
The key services we can provide are:
Initial consultation
We meet with you for a free, no-obligation meeting at your home or site. This consultation allows us to discuss your brief, budget and timescales. From here, we will be able to clearly explain how we can assist you and it's associated fees
Design & Planning
Once instructing Lacaze Architecture from the initial consultation, we will prepare designs in both 2D & 3D from your brief. This will enable you to review and understand what is achievable. From your comments, we will then tweak, progress and finalise the design before submitting to the council on your behalf.
Building Regulations
This stage sets the standard for design and construction of buildings. As an LABC partner, Lacaze Architecture works closely with the local authority or alternative approved inspectors to ensure that the building achieves all relevant standards.
Tender
Following building regulation approval, the client can opt to instruct Lacaze Architecture to produce a full set of tendered drawings including all specifications.
Construction
Lacaze Architecture is flexible and can discuss how much you would like us to be involved during the construction phase
